As the new President of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, I want to welcome you to our website. This year is already setting up to be a year of great change and challenges for us all. I know we are all concernedwith the economy and how it will all shake out. There are "major problems" out there that we probably haven't even begun to fathom as a nation and as an industry.
The good news is that we, as appraisers, are in the problem solving business. I believe that we are in a position to offer our clients and future client's answers to these problems. Its topsy-turvy out there and quite frankly a little unnerving, but keep the faith and together we can weather this storm by providing the best appraisal services available to our clients.
