President's Message
Welcome to the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute website. It is the mission of our chapter
to provide this site as a resource that will aid in the research, continuing education objectives, and the
day-to-day business operations of our membership; to provide access for associate members and non-members
alike, the educational offerings and other resources offered by the Appraisal Institute; and for the community
to benefit from the talent and experience of the best trained professionals in the real estate appraisal industry.
You will find several improvements to our website this year.
- We have implemented the OLRS On-Line Registration System linked to national for the convenience of registering for our course and seminar offerings.
- We now have a link to national for Appraisal Institute publications.
- All officers, board of directors, and committee members can be accessed by email for the ease of communicating chapter business ideas, needs, or concerns.
- In the near future we may have an open forum bulletin board.
