Position Summary

Boney Appraisal Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Certified Residential Appraisers or Licensed Trainees to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of self-employment combined with the reliability of steady order volume and administrative support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and committed to producing quality appraisal reports that meet industry and client standards.

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough residential property inspections and market research.

• Analyze comparable sales, listings, and market data to develop credible opinions of value.

• Prepare accurate, USPAP-compliant appraisal reports for purchases, refinances, and private assignments.

• Adhere to FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and client-specific requirements.

• Communicate promptly and professionally with staff, clients, and homeowners.

• Manage deadlines and workflow independently.

 

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser License in the State of Florida.

• Prospective Licensed Trainees in the State of Florida.

• Strong working knowledge of appraisal software (TOTAL, Spark, etc.) and MLS systems.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• Reliable transportation for property inspections.

• Commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism.
