Matt Bulecza, MAI, AI-GRS
As we begin 2018, we have been busy preparing for the upcoming year attending meetings, making plans to serve the membership and becoming involved with the Beta program of the CFMAP for the Appraisal Institute. I would like to thank Matt Bulecza, MAI, AI-GRS and Reggie Carter, SRA for their efforts in the transitioning of our financial and accounting functions into the program.
I would like to thank you for the opportunity to serve as your President for 2018. I saw many of you at the holiday dinner as I said that I believe we can all do something. I would like to encourage each of you to play a part in our success, and for some, to become re-engaged taking advantage of our professional education, networking events and social gatherings.

I am pleased to announce that at our fist chapter meeting we will have Aundra Wallace as our guest speaker on March 29th, 2018. Aundra is the CEO of the Downtown Investment Authority and has a wealth of knowledge in real estate. He has agreed to speak with us as well as participate in a Q and A session.

Our first educational offering will be the 7-hour USPAP course on April 24th, 2018 taught by President elect of the Appraisal Institute, Stephen Wagner, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS.

Please check the website for updated information on upcoming offerings. Lastly, the success of our organization depends on you, the chapter exists for you and I look forward to a successful year together.
